“I bought the Makita 5A Battery charger with 4 batteries and carry case. The items arrived in good time and were as described. Unfortunately the batteries and charger were not cushioned with inner packing and had been rolling about inside the carry case during transport, though the batteries were undamaged because of this, they could quite easily have been. If it hadn't been for this oversight then the review would have been 5 stars.”

“Delivery was fast but unfortunately the makita batteries I bought were faulty. No problem returning them just need to see if they are as efficient returning the payment”

“This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that my circular saw was sent in a makpak case for a drill set, not a major issue but when you use several power tools its good to be able just look at the case to see what you need.”

“Drill was exactly as in the advert, the only thing was the item was loose in a box and surprised it had no bubble wrap/packaging to protect in transit. Saying that would happily buy again.”

“Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Great service from Buyaparcel. One detraction was that the package was soaking wet when delivered to the extent that the cardboard box was falling apart. Fortunately, the item ordered was entirely of plastic and was not damaged in anyway. The courier driver did apologise and explained that there was a leaking roof at their depot. It had been raining torrentially. Other customers may not have got off so lightly!!”
