“Excellent service from Buyaparcel but the item I purchased (although half the price of other sites) was cheap rubbish. It didn’t work and wasn’t worth the money even if it had. I have returned for a refund.”

“Drill was exactly as in the advert, the only thing was the item was loose in a box and surprised it had no bubble wrap/packaging to protect in transit. Saying that would happily buy again.”

“Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Great service from Buyaparcel. One detraction was that the package was soaking wet when delivered to the extent that the cardboard box was falling apart. Fortunately, the item ordered was entirely of plastic and was not damaged in anyway. The courier driver did apologise and explained that there was a leaking roof at their depot. It had been raining torrentially. Other customers may not have got off so lightly!!”
