“Hi was good but we did not receive a free bag of salt like the order said”

Hi Gavin, I checked the listing: https://www.buyaparcel.com/monarch-midi-he-freeflow-water-softener-ultimate-series-includes-15mm-hoses/ I couldn't see where it said there was a free bag of salt. Some gosh, 15ish years ago Monarch did used to supply a free 10kg bag of salt but they stopped doing that a long time ago - likely because of the extra shipping involved in what's otherwise a one order, one box setup. If you can point me in the direction of the free bag mention - if it's on our website of course I will send a free bag. mike@buyaparcel.com is my email. Thanks, Mike

“I bought the Makita 5A Battery charger with 4 batteries and carry case. The items arrived in good time and were as described. Unfortunately the batteries and charger were not cushioned with inner packing and had been rolling about inside the carry case during transport, though the batteries were undamaged because of this, they could quite easily have been. If it hadn't been for this oversight then the review would have been 5 stars.”

“This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that my circular saw was sent in a makpak case for a drill set, not a major issue but when you use several power tools its good to be able just look at the case to see what you need.”

“Drill was exactly as in the advert, the only thing was the item was loose in a box and surprised it had no bubble wrap/packaging to protect in transit. Saying that would happily buy again.”

“Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Great service from Buyaparcel. One detraction was that the package was soaking wet when delivered to the extent that the cardboard box was falling apart. Fortunately, the item ordered was entirely of plastic and was not damaged in anyway. The courier driver did apologise and explained that there was a leaking roof at their depot. It had been raining torrentially. Other customers may not have got off so lightly!!”
