“I brought my new Makita Radio because my work partner brought one from your selfs when his came he had 3v battery i thought what a great deal and radio so i ordered one, when mine came i had 1.5v battery. This battery is no good for this new radio you just about get 5hrs out of it not even a full day before you have to charge it. I would recommend buying the radio on its not the battery and radio”

I got exactly what I ordered delivered very promptly to my door all at a very reasonable price. I am 'sold' on online shopping - and on this supplier in particular.”

“The sander and storage box were supplied separately in the overall delivered package. On inspection, the sander was too big to fit into the box so I was disappointed with the items. However, after emailing customer services this was resolved quickly and a larger box arrived the next day. The sander itself is excellent and good value for money. This would have been a 5 star review but is only 4 due to the initial incorrect box being supplied.”

Hi I am sorry to feel this way. I can see your return was received and processed by our returns team on 13th October 2020, and full refund of £87.99 was processed the same day by PayPal back to the PayPal account you paid with originally. We would never "scam" a customer or not refund them once we receive their return back.

“The illustration on line and the description "Multi Tool Set" indicated that there were three items for the price. I could have purchased the cordless trimmer with separate handle for about £20 less. Throwing in a pair of gloves in the deal wasn't much compensation. The delivery was very prompt though.”

“Drill was very good value and exactly as described. Took slightly longer to dispatch than I thought but only by a couple of days. I am knocking it down by one star because of the awful delivery - not 'buy a parcels' fault but the DPD delivery was made to the wrong address with a lot of hassle involved with then not 'fessing up about the error.”

As per the communication we had you, we do apologise that your order was lost by the carrier while in transit to your delivery address in Germany. I can see that the issue was raised with DHL, and that you have agreed for your order to be shipped again under new tracking information, so your order is delivered to you by weekending 2nd October 2020.
