“Well, the 500watt drill by Black and Decker, a firm which did not have a high reputation in my youth, though cheap and cheerful, has been a Godsend in my on-going construction of a giant windmill. Mr Godfrey, the Buy a Parcel owner, is a lovely, local bloke, and he would have got 5 stars if he had delivered it personally on his way home.”

“I have bought a few power tools and accessories from Buy A Parcel now and they offer a hassle free service and when one accessory had a missing part they sent said part a few days later. Only marked down slightly as the deliveries have tended to arrive later than the advertised expectation.”

“Delivery of archway very fast, speak to delivery firm it did have a damaged box in places and minor to archway. did find same archway from you on at least 3 different well known site at different prices, google shopping had you selected through. Grey Archway SKU4050010 did require more coats of grey paint as the dip was missing in place. assembly instructions easy to follow. Not as robust as expected as uprights are only 33X36 square. Service Improvement would have helped if you website would have had a link to ground stakes or a frequently bought with link, increase spend with you also.”

“We did try to buy a product through Buy A Parcel but the company the product was c9m8ng from would not deliver to the Western Isles. We were refunded. It is so disappointing that companies are finding it difficult to deliver to the Islands.”

“Undoubtedly the best price for the polisher my only criticism would be that the web site suggested a next day delivery but it was in fact 3 to 4 days. I would try Buy A Parcel again.”

Hi Gavin, I checked the listing: https://www.buyaparcel.com/monarch-midi-he-freeflow-water-softener-ultimate-series-includes-15mm-hoses/ I couldn't see where it said there was a free bag of salt. Some gosh, 15ish years ago Monarch did used to supply a free 10kg bag of salt but they stopped doing that a long time ago - likely because of the extra shipping involved in what's otherwise a one order, one box setup. If you can point me in the direction of the free bag mention - if it's on our website of course I will send a free bag. mike@buyaparcel.com is my email. Thanks, Mike

“I bought the Makita 5A Battery charger with 4 batteries and carry case. The items arrived in good time and were as described. Unfortunately the batteries and charger were not cushioned with inner packing and had been rolling about inside the carry case during transport, though the batteries were undamaged because of this, they could quite easily have been. If it hadn't been for this oversight then the review would have been 5 stars.”

“This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that my circular saw was sent in a makpak case for a drill set, not a major issue but when you use several power tools its good to be able just look at the case to see what you need.”
