“I am very happy with how soft our water is now. One rather major problem is how noisy it is at night. If I would have known this I would have put it in a different location. I am going to have to change the time it regenerates itself instead of early hours of the morning to mid morning. We both have to sleep with ear plugs in because of the noise. Please think carefully about the location before you install.”

“Whilst I have been generally pleased when ordering via Buy A Parcel in the past … I was not entirely happy with my most recent order for a Freud Pro LP40M013 TCT cross cutting saw blade because the blade I received was very plain and had very little writing on the front and back faces … it wasn’t like the picture in the advert! It certainly did not have the word PRO written anywhere on either face! Maybe I’m being trivial … but first impressions made me wonder if I had received a lesser quality blade! I didn’t have the time to query matters or take photos … as I needed the blade for an urgent job … but I will concede that the blade performed superbly with a top quality finished edge with very little break out! So … maybe there might not be a difference between the saw blades … but my point is … I didn’t the same blade as in the advertisement!”
