“Cheaper than Amazon and quick delivery. Small frustration that the product was partially visible as packaging did not cover the whole product, so the contents could be seen while packaged meaning a Christmas surprise gift was no longer a surprise 😢”

“i use buyaparcel a lot. but this time was not happy. Completely different item than the picture showed.. i already have one of them that came that has broken. if i had wanted the sasme item i could have got it £20.00 cheaper on FFX”

“The order process worked well, but the delivery information was a little misleading with being told that the order had been shipped, but all this meant was that it had left the supplier to the first of two couriers! It took over a week to arrive, but when it came all was ok.”

“Searched online and Buy A Parcel came up cheapest with a package deal. Was kept informed of dispatch and estimated arrival date and time. Package arrived promptly. I W as not at home when the package arrived but it was placed in safe location as requested.”

“Overall very pleased with service but:- Box a bit tatty to give as a gift and some nuts/bolts were missing. They must have fallen from the box in transit. Replaced nuts and bolts from our toolbox so no problem as it happens!”

“Re 'Smart Garden' Obelisks - very quick delivery (hence the 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been 1!). But the item is poor - very flimsy wood (balsa?), the Sage stain (not paint) is almost non-existent (nothing like the photos) and it is extremely fiddly and difficult to put together: there are pre-drilled holes where nothing goes, and no holes where screws need to be inserted! If packing it all up and returning it wasn't such a hassle I would have done so. UPDATE: Three Cheers for Buy A Parcel! Without my asking for a refund, BAP has offered to refund the cost in full. Excellent service (now 4 stars)!”
