“Purchased a dwalt box allegedly for a sander with insert. Box sent was the cut out for the sander in a dwalt box for a drill/driver. Sander couldn’t fit into box - waste of money”

“I received excellent service from BuyaParcel and would definitely recommend them. The items I chose to order from them were cheaper than I found them elsewhere, and were sent to me promptly and safely after ordering. Then, when I discovered I'd ordered too many items, I received courteous, responsive and helpful support from Customer Services to arrange a return of the items (for free) and a refund. I'd definitely use them again.”

“The item I bought was available at a very reasonable price compared with other retailers. Delivery was quick and came when they said it would. I have not had to return an item, ask a question, or deal with customer service in any other way, so I can't comment as to how good they are in that department.”

“Great company to deal with in respect of range of product, price, availability and quick despatch time. The big problem is they use Hermes to deliver their stuff. Parcel sat with them for the best part of a week when the gods were urgently required. The tracking service is a joke as tells you nothing and the picture posted with this review shows the battery looked like it had been kicked about like a fitba! Moral of the story - Great company rubbish delivery.”
