I didn't receive my goods. This was because the courier, DHL, lost my parcel. However, the BuyAParcel customer services assistant, Drew, was extremely understanding, efficient and polite in dealing with the issue and arranged a return direct from the courier and a full refund. This aspect of the service was very good - but I recommend that BuyAParcel change their courier, to avoid other customers having similar issues.
