“I cannot review the item as I haven't got it. I had an email to say my archway had been delivered and signed for by Newman(my name is Newnham so it certainly wasn't me). There is no sign of it anywhere on my property and responses to my emails to Buy A Parcel and DHL, their delivery service have so far gone unanswered. I wonder who has gained an archway they haven't asked for or paid for?”

“I ordered this item weeks ago, I received confirmation. It has still NOT BEEN DELIVERED! Completely unacceptable behaviour, Get my purchase to me immediately! Delivery was NOT on time Nobody made the delivery Damaged? How should I know, I haven't even received it yet!! Days? It's been weeks!! Get my delivery to me as quick as is humanly possible, PLEASE.”

“Whilst the service was excellent, I did feel that the product presentation was misleading in that the photograph showed three carp fish whereas the purchase was for one so I got a bit of a shock when the lonely one fish arrived! I'm not discounting that the product was described correctly in the small print, but felt this approach was underhand, kind regards, Liz (Mayne)”
