“Got the saw & bag but no blades were delivered That’s why they got one start”

“I ordered and paid for 2 items separately then waited and waited and waited so I emailed them to ask where's my items. I was informed that the power tool is out of stock so refunded my paypal a/c and the other one was with the courier. Finally received it 2 weeks later. A poor service I feel.”

“Order a Bosch impact driver. Buy A Parcel was the cheapest online and as I knew they were a legitimate company I placed the order. I got an email confirmation and the parcel was delivered promptly a couple of days later. All in all, a great service from a company that I will definitely be using again (if it’s the cheapest online 😉)”

“I ordered 3 items, only 2 items were delivered and one of them is faulty. I have sent Buy a Parcel 2 separate emails regarding this but still no response. I just hope this gets sorted or I will be £350 out of pocket!”
