“I had to wait 10 days(not bad in this environment) for an empty package to turn up. The sticky tape had not been pulled off so the envelope Was never sealed so I’m guessing the item fell out in transit. I emailed Buy a parcel and sent them a photo of said envelope. This is where they were brilliant. I didn’t have to wait another ten days. They issued me with a replacement straight away which I received a couple of days later. I’ve only dropped them a star as the original envelope hadn’t been sealed. Otherwise good service. I’d definitely use them again! The item is fine too!”

“Asked and paid for a Saturday delivery. Didn't happen (in the current climate that is fine I understand). Under Buyaparcels own T&C of Covid19 you can get your postage back. I phoned up and NO YOU CANNOT. So I got my order late and paid more for it. DONT pay additional delivery.”
