“I bought the Dewalt DWST1-81048 Tstak Tower - Includes 6 Cases with Wheeled Cart Trolley. It was fast delivery but missing the 2 large containers from the deep drawer. Emailed customer service but i haven't been contacted back????”

“Disappointing As a returning customer bought a new battery for it to be delivered in just a large box so battery moved around and got scratched up some simple bubble wrap would have been ideal paying for a new battreys you want it to be packaged so it still looks new when you get it not that it’s been dragged around the floor”

“I have not yet received my parcel from buy a parcel which was ordered on a 24hr delivery service over a week ago. I have tried contacting the company but they are not taking calls. I have emailed the company a few days ago as told to do on the automated service but still yet to hear back.”

“I ordered and paid for 2 items separately then waited and waited and waited so I emailed them to ask where's my items. I was informed that the power tool is out of stock so refunded my paypal a/c and the other one was with the courier. Finally received it 2 weeks later. A poor service I feel.”
