Initially customer service was great, unfortunately when they made arrangements to collect and deliver a replacement product it didn’t arrive as planned wasted a day and a half poor planning and never answered my emails for several days. Not impressed at the end of the day with this service. No doubt they will blame someone else they made the delivery arrangements and just didn’t do what they said they would. A response to my emails would have been nice and acknowledge they messed up. Service started off good then quickly deteriorated. The delays ruined my project and cost me money and wasted time.
