Hello Damian We are sorry to hear you have an issue with the water softener you purchased in May 2021, we have done a full search in our mailbox under your details but can't find any emails from yourself as we would have replied to your message, and our phone lines are open between 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri and 8:00am to 12noon on a Saturday. “Looking for a Water Softener and the price was very competitive and cheapest. Needed to have by a certain date for fitting and paid for next day delivery which was only £2.50 and arrived as promised the next day. Customer Services answered the phone quickly and efficiently which is unusual when calling Companies these days. All in all very impressed with this Company and will use again if they have a product I need to purchase.”
