“Ordered 3 December- Received 21 December🤦🏼‍♂️ Packaging whet/damaged And the products was damaged aswell 0/10 👎🏼 Not even going try and return it. Waisted enough time thanks”

“I ordered the product on the 29th November. It was passed to the carrier DHL on the 3rd December and I have still NOT received it. I have chased DHL countless times and all they say is “it is out for delivery”. I cannot review the product as I have not got it - DHL have. If I could rate DHL’s service out of 10 I would give it minus 10.”

“Product came with a manufacturing fault and had to be returned. The earliest possible switch would have taken a couple of days by which point my plumber would have left so had to return for a refund instead. Additionally i paid for saturday delivery and it arrived the following Tuesday. They didn't offer to refund the delivery charge.”

“Very pleased with the 2 power tools I bought. Well packaged and delivered speedily. My only disappointment (which I didn't follow up to be fair to Buyaparcel) was that, although I qualified for a freebie (I'd checked what was on offer too, prior to purchase) I didn't receive a prompt at checkout and, consequently, forgot.”
