“Awful service and worse tools, DO NOT BUY from these thieves, 1st I was sent a £110 drill that didn't work! , I thought I was buying a genuine Makita buy it nevy worked except for the light, they asked me to return it but it "disappeared" in the post . So many negative feedback on eBay, I don't kno why trading standards have not take any action : DO NOT BUY, keep your money , doy trust these thieves !!!!!”

Hi sorry to hear you had a problem with a Makita drill. Rest assured we are a Makita dealer and have all our invoices to support that. Had you had not sent it back with Royal Mail (the tracking of which you sent us did not work), we would have been able to swap this out via our courier as we explained when we gave you your RMA number. Had our courier have lost the parcel it would have been our responsibility. I am sorry we cannot do any more until it turns up. Thank you, Mike

“Despicable again. Had a bad experience in August 2019 where they cancelled the order without any notice thus leaving up the proverbial creek. 17 months later and with a little trepidation I placed another order and low and behold just as bad. Zero customer service, a tracking number which doesn't exist and no reply to my emails. Will NEVER use this company again and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE.”
