“Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Great service from Buyaparcel. One detraction was that the package was soaking wet when delivered to the extent that the cardboard box was falling apart. Fortunately, the item ordered was entirely of plastic and was not damaged in anyway. The courier driver did apologise and explained that there was a leaking roof at their depot. It had been raining torrentially. Other customers may not have got off so lightly!!”

“I opened it and straight away hung it in the garden. I hadn't noticed it was broken and I'm really disappointed, so it's hanging there with a broken solar. Yes I could have returned it but I haven't been able to get out.”

Hi thanks for the feedback, however if you had gotten in touch, we could have arranged a swap out for another one or collection for full refund. I have looked at the cost of the product and in this instance we will refund you in full without the product coming back to us. In the future, if you get in touch we can help resolve your issue with our dedicated team in customer services. There is no need to leave the house for returns as they can be done from your home or a shop as per customer's requirements and as mentioned previously, we can even do a swap out of a damaged/faulty item if reported in good time.
