“Arrived crack/damaged lids on box. Take a while to repond. Only refund £10. Only brought this cos of the box storage otherwise i would had brought screws locally.”

We can see you contacted us but as you threw the case away and used the screws before contacting us we could not offer to send you a replacement as you did not have the original case and screws for us to collect. That is why we could only offer you a partial refund of £10, if you had contacted us first we could have offered you other options.

“Drill was exactly as in the advert, the only thing was the item was loose in a box and surprised it had no bubble wrap/packaging to protect in transit. Saying that would happily buy again.”
