“First order delivery 7 days second order paid for Saturday delivery delivered Wednesday tracking info waste of time”

“Once ordered got response from delivery pronto, only one problem delivery was was first set was not delivered as been problem on deliveries but that possibly down to sick staff, reset delivery and arrived on time with no problems.”

“From purchase to getting my dewalt drill driver set was great, down side is they offer a 3 year warranty but I couldn't get access to the site to apply for this so I only get the 12months. Rubbish, screw fix is now doing them cheaper.”

“No instructions with the light. Unable to actually turn the light on! Very badly designed light. Customer service took days to respond. Seller/ manufacturers did not even have an instruction booklet. I have managed to actually turn on the light with a very long darning needle but if the rechargeable batteries fail then there is no way to get into the light to change them. If this does happen I will be returning the light.”

“Delivery once dispatched was quick, only negative thing to say is type 4 box was damaged on the hinge, plastic had snapped clean off but repaired with super glue. Other than that great product”

“The service and delivery were very good. However there is a problem with the product supplied; the boxes sent were not universal and compartmentalised for specific tools . None of which are suitable for the intended use. Awaiting a resolution.”

“I bought this as a gift but it arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. It took 2 emails to get it sorted so missed the intended birthday. The replacement arrived in a larger jiffy envelope which by good luck was enough to protect the tin from damage!”

“Perhaps it’s me but I found it extremely difficult to deal with this company - payment made via Amazon Pay option displayed on their website but apparently not received by Buyaparcel.com Unable to speak to anyone on the telephone about the issue due to Covid, but encouraged to tackle the problem by email which I’ve been attempting to do ad nauseam without success.”

“They were quick to respond to my initial question on availability, but their information was incorrect and delivery information was misleading for the item that I ordered. I had to contact the supplier direct in order to get an accurate update of delivery date. I will add a further review once the item has been received.”
