“Item was never sent out. Received a full refund after chasing the company and proving that Hermes tracking showed they had not received the parcel. I had to fill out a declaration form to state that i had not received anything. Very poor wouldn't buy from them again.”

I'm sorry that you didn't receive the order that our warehouse dispatched with the carrier on 23rd June 2020. I can see that the customer service team resolved this with you the same day you raised the issue, and we can see you asked for a refund instead of the order being shipped again.

Your order was shipped with DHL Parcel UK on 24th June 2020 to the address you supplied on the order at checkout. I have looked into this and it appears DHL were having issues locating the address you supplied. I can see that because DHL could not complete the delivery to you, your order was shipped back to us and a full refund was issued back to you on 14th July via the same way you paid.

“The service from Buy a Parcel was efficient and as expected and we have no issues with that, but we were very disappointed with the product purchased. We bought a Gardman Heavy Duty 2 seater bench cover which was delivered on 13 June. This product was not as described as it was not heavy duty and has since leaked so is not fit for purpose. We have since discovered that Gardman went into administration in 2018 and therefore this product should not have been sold. The 5yr warranty is worthless. We look forward to receiving a refund. Michael Moore”

I am sorry to hear you aren't happy with the your order. I personally have a patio set version of this which has stood the test of two winters so far, so I am sorry this has not been the case with yours. Gardman were taken over by Westland so the 5 year warranty is valid, but regardless of that, we are here to help in a situation like this. I can see that a full refund was issued back to you on 13th July 2020.

“Fantastic company, speedy delivery but unfortunately I had to return the goods and their returns policy was fast, one email and they arrange free pick up, veRy effective. Would have no hesitation recommending Buy a Parcel. Thank you”
