Your order was shipped with a carrier on 25th June 2020, but it appears got lost while in transit to. I can see our customer service team have been in communication with you and your order was shipped again on 17th July 2020 with Hermes, and delivered on 21st July 2020 at 1:03pm.

“I was disappointed when my shower head arrived with no screws or a cover plate for them which is clearly shown on the image after contacting your selves I was told they don’t come with them I was not happy with the response as I think I was basically fobbed off so I am unable to give a decent review.”

I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately the photos used on the adverts are stock issues supplied to us by the manufacture and some times they change the design of an item very slightly but don't update the stock images to reflect this. You are very welcome to contact us so we can arrange to collect your order and issue you with a full refund if you don't want to keep it.

“Parcel was very poorly wrapped arrived split open goods where damaged etc it took three weeks to finally sorted out from point of first order to delivery I understand and there are delays with some companies due to to the pandemic however I've ordered from other companies and have had a turn around within 3 days on the plus side the price of the product was excellent and so that is offset my review I will continue to order from buy a parcel”
