We can see that soon as we were made aware of the issue our team got in contact with the carrier, as the carrier collected your parcel from us on 22nd June 2020 and should have delivered this to you within 1-2 working days maximum. After investigating this with the carrier it was discovered the parcel had been lost in transit. I can see we offer to either ship the order again or issue a refund, and as per your request a refund was processed and completed on 6th July once we heard back from you.

You requested the return request on 30th June 2020, and your refund was processed with eBay and PayPal on 10th July 2020 once we received your order back. The refund would have gone back to the PayPal account that you used to pay with originally.

“I bought a set of these lights from a well known on line retailer and loved them. I felt that they were quite expensive and was thrilled to find them at a considerably reduced price at buyaparcel. I bought a second set. They arrived damaged. A replacement was sent out. These are nowhere near as bright as my original (more expensive) set. I suspect they are all seconds for some reason.”

We are sorry to hear your originally order was damaged in transit but glad to hear you got in contact with us so we can send a replacement set out to you, but I am sorry to hear you aren't happy with these lights. I can confirm these are not "seconds" all these lights are purchased direct from the manufacture, shipped to us and then then go straight out when an order has been placed.

“Bit hard to write a review, as the product was damaged. Customer services didn’t want to know, so returned for a full refund. Order came through very quickly and refund paid quickly so no complaints otherwise.”
