Bought exposed Bristan shower fitting , expected 5 year warranty. Turns out after about 10 showers and 15 months , was a "Commercial fitting " with one year warranty . After 2 failed e-mails , long waiting and no response to phone calls , no response. Bristan no better , using Commmercial as excuse for poor quality. not interested in customer service. Avoid , buy elsewhere
