Thank you for your positive review. It's very much appreciated. I am sorry that you did not receive our reply to your email of 19 June regarding free delivery. We replied to your email the same day (19th June) at 9.36am. It could perhaps have gone into a junk folder in error. With regards to free delivery, due to its heavy and bulky nature, this product unfortunately does not qualify for free delivery, regardless of the quantity ordered. With regards to VAT, I'm not sure here the confusion has occurred, and I do apologise for any confusion caused, but we never display prices without VAT. All prices include VAT (where VAT is applicable). The product is advertised at £16.95 and this price does include VAT. I hope that clarifies everything. Many thanks again. The Burnhills team.
