“I bought the 10kg hay as it’s got good reviews, but when I used it, it gave me asthma attacks for some reason. I contacted Burnhills & they said it wasn’t particularly dusty and not mouldy looking or smelling, which I agreed on, but still there was something causing it. I asked for a refund & collection, letting them know how much is used, but they gave me a full refund anyway which I was very pleased with. Just wish I could find out what affected me as I don’t get asthma! Great customer service, thank you, but unfortunately I won’t be buying again”

“Hi, I wish to retract my complaint to your company, I. Had 2 orders before Christmas , one was fine and the other was very very disappointing, and unfortunately l mixed up the companys, L do sincerly apologise, and do hope l can order from your company in the future Thank you May l wishyou all a very happy new year Mrs T Tolley”

“I use Burnhills as their customer service and ease of ordering is excellent. However my last order didn't meet their high standards. I made sure I was available all day for the nominated delivery day. However only four of the five parcels arrived. The DHL delivery driver was unhelpful and abrupt when asked where the other parcel was. On contacting Burnhills I was informed the parcels had become separated and the other would be delivered the next day. So I had to make arrangements to be available. Not what I would have expected.”

“Replacement wheelbarrow wheel found here at a competitive price after an easy internet search. Helpful response from staff to telephone query. Ordering was easy, dispatch very prompt. Wheel fits perfectly. In short, I’m delighted!”

“Ordered some boots for my wife's birthday but unfortunately they were bad fit. I think a free returns service on clothing items would be a welcome addition. I probably wouldn't order from Burnhills again as others do offer free returns services.”

“Very well priced products and due to amount bought I got free delivery. Items arrived speedily. Only problem was the cardboard box wasn't strong enough for the size and weight of the contents and arrived split open. One of the items had come out but nothing fortunately was damaged.”

“Product is good, delivery charge is steep, I needed to try some food and the cost of delivery was almost more than one bag of food. Could be a big issue if I continue to trade with them.”
