“Customer service from yourselves was brilliant, unfortunately I didn’t receive the product as DHL couldn’t find my address and refused to ring me so that I could help to direct them, so I received a refund from you”

“delivered to the wrong address and said I had signed for it just left outside in front of the gate for three days before I located them the house owner was on holiday this was not acceptable the courier company you use are rubbish I won’t be ordering again if you have the same courier Regards Dave Taylor”

“Was disappointed as not really what has been advertised This haulage is not softer or really suitable for old horses with chewing difficulties. This haulage is the same as any cheaper brand’s texture appears no different so would not recommend for what it claims to be”

“The goods I ordered were packaged and presented well but I was disappointed with the time it took for delivery. I ordered on the Friday and didn’t receive the package until the Wednesday”

“Whilst burnhills provided a very good service the courier on both occasions delayed my delivery and stated they couldnt gain access to my premises. Which is untrue as i live and work onsite and on both occasions gates were open and access was easily accessible. The cost of delivery was high and had it been delivered when it was supposed to be wouldve been worth it but waiting 8 days for one order when over £20 postage was paid is not really on. Other than that was pleased with the service provided.”

“Lovely boots, ordered a size 6 which I would say was more like a size 7. Have to pay for returns, which was £9. Wanted to re order but would need to pay delivery charge again.”

“The sack of quail pellets arrived quickly and in good condition. However, I noticed the use by date on the bag was 6th Feb, so I was disappointed that the feed wouldn't last as long as it should. I have always fed Heygates quail pellets to my birds, and have always been satisfied with the quality. Sadly however, not this time..”
