DO NOT ORDER FROM BURNHILLS. ordered a gel seat for horse riding from Amozon which was sent to me by Burnhills. I product was faulty. On requesting a refund I was told by Burnhills they would contact the manufacturer. This is wrong in Law. My contract is not with the manufacturer. I will be reporting Burnhills to trading standards and any other relevant authority. STILL NO REFUND OR EVEN A RETURNS LABEL AS REQUESTED

Dog bed sent to us was the incorrect size to what we ordered. We already have the same bed so we know what the measurements are. We ordered a 76cm bed the bed we recieved was 61cms. The label stated it was 76cm so obviously the label is wrong. You sent us a reponce saying it measures 76m. I can not see how that can be as previously stated we already have a bed that measures 76cm

Delivered on time. No key attached so can’t use it. Missing key posted out but then I find a release spring is missing inside. Burhills to replace the missing spring. I hope to be able to use item when spring arrives. Clearly no inspection of item before dispatch. Disappointed.

Very disappointed that my order was cancelled more than a week after it was placed. There should have been something at the point of purchase to indicate delivery to PO boxes wasn't possible, instead the order got confirmed, payment taken and there was no indication that there was an issue.

Ordered 10/10 for a birthday on 15/10 Rang 13/10 to devise not received on Royal Mail tracked 48 Rang 17/10 still not received. Was told to ring back 24/10 as you could not do anything for 2 weeks then will send another ?

Very poor both item and customer service, I purchased this food to feed the wildfowl from my narrowboat, nowhere either on the bag or website does it say that these pellets do not float, therefore when you feed the ducks and swans the food sinks before they can eat it. I have wrote an email to Burnhills but so far no reply, do not buy or use this company

The sack of doves seed was wet and muddy it looked as if it had been scraped off the floor and put back into the bag and re taped with yellow tape. Unusable

I wasn’t impressed with the customer service at all. I ordered Express Delivery paying £6.95 extra on a Friday knowing it would come through DHL who deliver on a Saturday. I got notified that it was at depot at 4am Saturday but wouldn’t be delivered until Tuesday due to bank holiday. When I raised with Burnhills they said they don’t pay for Saturday deliveries as ‘it would cost too much’. I found the service bad and the attitude worse.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that the service fell below expectations. DHL do offer a Saturday delivery service, but it does cost nearly 3 times as much, which does unfortunately make it unviable. We do however offer a next-working day service and we reflect this, along with any adjustments for bank holidays, in our delivery estimates. This allows customers to see when the delivery is likely to arrive. The delivery estimate shown at the checkout when you placed the order was Tuesday 9th May. I am sorry if you didn’t see this. The delivery estimate appears next to the selected courier at the “Delivery” stage of the checkout process. I hope that explains everything and I do apologise again.

Nothing ever arrived, shocking amount of time to wait, blaming RM but I've had several parcels since I ordered this!! Refund given! I will nor order from here again!

Received the bottle and the top was loose. Royal mail tried to help and put it in a plastic bag but the liquid leaked. Royal mail said it should never been sent the way it was sent

I was unhappy because you packed the box with used plastic bags which had been torn open. I am cautious about covid19 and it was a risk I preferred not to be exposed to. Also, practically, they weren’t ideal to dispose of or eco friendly

48 hour delivery actually took 5 days. You said it had been dispatched when they were showing it was ready for collection

I am sorry that your Royal Mail 48 delivery took longer than usual. The vast majority of parcels sent with Royal Mail 48 do arrive within two working days so it is most unfortunate that there was a delay on this occasion. Please be assured that, when your parcel was marked as dispatched, it had been collected from us and was with Royal Mail. On this occasion, the delay occurred between Royal Mail collecting the parcel from us and scanning it at the sorting office to trigger a tracking update. I hope that explains everything. Please accept my sincere apologies again for the delay with your Royal Mail delivery on this occasion.
