“Excellent prices and service, delivered promptly. However the product wasn't protected inside it's cardboard box and the bag was damaged with some of the contents missing. A little bubble wrap would cure the problem! Other than that I'm a happy customer who would use you again.”

“Well it was nothing you done but the delivery was atrocious I did telephone you and you did your best to sort it out when the driver finally arrived next day he said his van was in too much mess and couldn't be bothered to stop to sort it out”

“the food is absolutly fine amd my dog loves it. its very convenient to be able to have it delivered as i cannot drive or lift the big bags. but the delivery price is rather expensive.”

“I was a bit disappointed when I found out that I couldn’t use the voucher for my first order, but was very pleased after a quick phone call was told that if I sent it to you it would be refunded and I see that has been done today. Thank you for being so helpful.”

“Ordering was quick and easy but one bag damaged on arrival (main box was damaged which had split the bag) and it had lost a little of the kibble. Not too much and I would/will order again but if the same happens I would have to consider going elsewhere.”

“Good service , simple enough to order the Wellington boots I bought. Being able to pay through my amazon account was an added convenience Boots fit fine and feel ok alth0ugh I haven’t tried them out properly as of yet. My last pair kept me happy for almost 8 years ( with the help of some rubber glue ) but I’ve never bought Toggi before so here’s hoping.”

“Very prompt delivery and nice towel with very sturdy zip. The neck is too big, and it would be easier to get the dog zipped in if you could zip down from the neck, as trying to zip up from the tail whilst preventing the dog from moving is quite a challenge!”

“Brilliant product at a great price with quick despatch! Have to say though that DPD were rubbish as a delivery company having left the parcel miles away instead of following the instructions given. Burn hill - 10, delivery - 3!”
