Hi. Thank you for your review. I’m am very sorry to hear about the reoccurring problem with the Youngstock cubes. I have changed the word “CUBES” to block capitals on our system. A small change like can often resolve this sort of picking problem, so I hope that this will do the trick. Thank you for bringing the problem to our attention and I do apologise again. “Fast delivery, as described, very happy under the covid lockdown circumstances. Cardboard boxes holding the 25Kg feed was a bit on the thin side, hence they arrived with a hole in the plastic bag where the feed spilled out into the box. I am guessing the courier created a hole when manhandling the heavy box. Still happy, chucks are not starving any more :)”

“Usually great service by all staff, there is just one girl, Georgina I think she is called who never looks happy and never ever asks if you have a loyalty card. All the other staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.”

“Really good to be able to order online and collect the products perhaps use a mobile number to call on arrival as the shop number not answered straight away it was a bit confusing as to who to tell we had arrived the guy loading the goods was under a bit of pressure. Once we got through on the phone the lady advised she would organise the goods to be brought to the car”

“Very quick delivery. Easy to order. The only query would be that I was charged two delivery costs for two bales of hay. Could have been tied together as one parcel (as it was well under the 30kg) and charged one amount?”
