“Delivery was quick, and this product has been a life saver. My dog is very picky but she seems to like this food. After weeks of trying different kibble/ wet food we finally got her eating regularly. Thank you so much!”

“I ordered Grass seed from Burnhills for next day Delivery which eventually arrived after 6 Days. When I emailed customer service they provided a lame excuse that the courier was impacted by bad weather which was false since the tracking info and photo showed they did not find the right address and made no attempt to drive down our road. Amazon and postman had no issues! Since it was a Friday prior to a bank holiday weekend where I planned a large lawn renovation they informed me the item would not arrive until Tuesday. No offer to refund delivery as a measure of good will or the inconvenience. When the seed eventually arrived it was bagged 18 Months previously so was not fresh and has lost 20-30% of it's effectiveness, if it even grows at all. I had no choice but to use it due to the significant prep work I made and which could not delay any further. Overall, not impressed by Burnhills.”

“Found Burnhills by chance when I was searching for greyhound food due to the one I used to get from a different supplier being out of stock more times than not! I am very pleased that I did find them, the whole process from ordering to delivery was about 3 days [if that!] It's well packaged so no split bag on arrival. Will definately use again! Pleasure doing business with you, Burnhills - thank-you.”
