“Getting the item was difficult. The couriers said the 1st (didn’t show) then the 2nd (out for delivery but never arrived after waiting in all afternoon) then the 3rd when it finally arrived. Emailed the courier and they just said they had difficulties … item arrived and packing ripped on one. Looked like it was thrown around a bit. Due to this I’ll probably use a more local supplier as will need it every two weeks, has to be reliable. DHL in my area just doesn’t do well at all so can’t use companies that use them.”
