“Very helpful LiveChat experience via website, (Friday afternoon no less) was offered a very fair price on p/ex and able to collect my new keyboard the next morning from Eastbourne. Here also the team were very friendly and helpful. The showroom looks absolutely fantastic, with a huge range of instruments on show/demonstrators available. Lovely people. Thank you.”

“Wasn’t told when it was out for delivery. Given a delivery date, asked to change it a couple of days in advance. Came home and almost £1600 worth of equipment had been dumped and left on a block of flats’ floor. I hadn’t signed for it, anyone could have stolen it. Never heard back about my request to change the delivery date. Would not recommend.”
