“Just bought a Roland FP-10 digital piano - fantastic product which is exactly as described - love it. Also a reliable delivery company who came on time to the exact address, which was a relief. Bonners website is the best one out there, having spent hours searching high and low. Also it's reassuring to see you have four shops with a large range of good quality stock, so you are definitely not some dodgy, online only bucket shop about to disappear up its own hyper space. Roland or Yamaha: This is where it gets interesting. At first I was thinking of buying the Yamaha P145BT, but suddenly out of the blue, they start offering a £40 refund on a selected range, including the P145BT. How jolly nice of them. Then I see it's just as Roland introduce the new FP-10 at the same price point. A case of the cat amongst the pidgeons? Glad to hear your comments on this one. “Ordered a second hand vintage icon v6 Never used reverb before and was very pleased to say Bonners musics advert was accurate. Guitar was in excellent condition and the packaging was suberb. Delivery was well informed and arrived with no problem. Would recommend and use again”

“I used the 'Chat' facility and spoke to a wonderful lady named Emma. My biggest concern before purchasing was the reliability of the courrier service. Most of them are okay as a rule until something goes wrong and then you're left in the middle of a nightmare. Well, I was quickly offered Bonners' own delivery service, at reasonable cost, and within minutes had purchased a digital piano and arranged a delivery date. My purchase was also price-matched, which saved me money and the subsequent delivery was first class. I have visited Bonners (MK) before and my experience was a good one. I have also shopped with them. All good, I have to say. As for the lady who helped me through my purchase ... a gem among gems.”

“The service from Bonners was excellent. From the moment I ordered, i was kept updated about the order via email by Dan which made the service really personalised. I ordered a Boss KATANA 50 GEN 3 Guitar Amp and a Boss DS1 Distortion Pedal for my son's 21st birthday present. He was extremely happy and his new amp sounds amazing. If I was rating Bonner's alone I would give them 5 stars. I received an email from DX Express giving me a a delivery window of 11.53-13.53. I was at work and made sure I was back home in time for delivery. I could see the driver's location via tracking and at one point he was 3 few roads away from me. He delivered at 16.53 and gave me one parcel. I told him there should be two. He insisted there was only one and drove away. I was about to call Bonner as this was my son's birthday present and I was expecting it on the day of his birthday, when the driver came back and said there is another parcel.”

“After a numerb of visits to Eastbourne, I finally decided to buy a P525 which I am thouroughly enjoying. The staff were very tollerent letting me plug away at various instruments while I decided what I wanted - and were probably wondering whether I would buy anything. So thank you for being patient! I picked the piano up in Reigate where I was dealt with by Tony, whose videos I have watched many times - so thatnk you for the help these provided as well. The piano is now installed in my 'man cave' on it's new (custom made by me) oak stand which is detachable using 4 thumb screws - I have attached a photo...”
