“Bought a second-hand Roland Fantom 8 EX which arrived in mint condition and plays like a dream. Looks and sounds brand-new with no issues whatsoever. This is the third second-hand purchase I've made from Bonners, previously having bought a Yamaha Motif XF7 in 2020 and a Roland Fantom G8 in 2025. All three instruments look and function like new. Stirling first-class service all round. Highly recommended staff and the delivery chap who brought both Fantoms to me was really friendly and amiable as well. Top stuff from Bonners!”

“I originally bought my first instrument - Yamaha p525 - from Bonners not long after I started playing in 2023, they were extremely helpful back then (all online and email) so for my upgrade I went to the Eastbourne store. Emma was very helpful, the atmosphere was friendly, professional and there were many to choose from - no pressure at all. I decided on the Kawai NV6. The purchase was easy, delivery was arranged and a few weeks later two equally friendly, helpful and professional guys (sorry forgot your names!) from the store installed it and took my Yamaha in PX as agreed. The whole team and the experience was exceptional. In a world where (sadly) customer service can often be very offhand and difficult this was the opposite - a pleasure and highly recommended - a credit to the team and the management/owners. Thank you”

“In these days of scams etc I was most impressed by the fact that Bonners should check when the delivery address was different from the payment address. And for it to be done in such a friendly manner. Very pleased too with the purchse.”
