“We visited Bonners on line and then the Eastbourne shop. We had excellent and cordial advise; also the many exemplars in the shop did help to decide what to go for. In the end our choice was based on the Bonners review and piano samples commentaries on line, and we ended up purchasing a digital piano which costed more than the one we had considered at the start. The transport and assemblage was organised prompty and efficiently according to our availability. The whole prosess lasted less than a week, from ordering to playing. We highly recomment Bonners.”

“Alas I live nowhere near a Bonner's shop, but online and over the phone they made spending over three grand on a fab Hammond organ and stand a distressingly painless experience, so I'm now destitute but happy! Tony's videos on their website earned the fifth star; more of these please.”

“Everyone was professional, helpful, had outstanding knowedge - no question could not be answered and with confidence and explanation. They listened carefully to what we were looking for and were patient, helpful and supportive. The delivery was outstanding. Very profressional and respectful. “This my second piano from Bonners again superb service helpful and patient Stunningly fast shipment to my home right across the country from them Delightful to speak to regarding ordering/arranging delivery Tom Tim Emma and everyone I spoke with on the phone were just lovely people to do business with I couldn’t recommend them enough and the piano well what can I say Magnificent I’m a massive Rachmaninov focused pianist and the Casio PX-S 7000 I’ve just received from them is beautiful to look at and play and sounds absolutely mind blowing”

“Item ordered and item delivered. Ordered Wednesday evening outside of normal business hours. Order was processed in a timely fashion on Friday. There was an average priced shipping cost. It was 2-day delivery. Item arrived on time Monday. Item was as described. Item was fairly priced. Thank you.”
