Shame that their don't offer free return services, even for expansive good's they charge minimum £45

While you were fairly efficient was not overly happy with the set up! Especially when I have too replace atop E strings within minutes of using it because it was cut so short it kept pulling out the machine head! Apart from that very satisfied!

The company might be okay but the courier company used for delivery (fed ex) has terrible services. For the free delivery service, you have to spare 3 to 4 days of waiting from 8 am to 6 pm. There is no time slots. There notifications are unreable, just for information purposes only. The courier drivers do not take phones or customers phone numbers. They can not get in touch with you. For any reason they will take back your item to the depot and will not notify you. They will turn up any other weekday with delivery with out notifying you! Bonners does not take responsibility of delivery as long as it is done with in 3 days after despatch! I advice customers buying bulk items not to use this type of delivery. It should not be made available to them. One person turns up and if you can't carry or have people to help. It's game over! I was so disappointed

Dont use DX - they such - wasted a day dat around waiting for their van which dissapeared off the map about 1 mile from my house. Bonners was OK tho.

Purchased a synth secondhand for a decent price, great instrument! However the packaging was damaged on the inside, which ideally should have been replaced with new or additional packing to support the instrument in transit. Very luckily, the synth wasn't damaged!

A story of two halves really! Bonners themselves were excellent. Honouring their price match statement, good and timely communication and they scheduled the delivery date to suit. They also produce superb YouTube videos with detailed product information/demos which helped me decide which model to buy. The problem lies with their choice of courier, namely DX. My heart sank when I saw this as I have never had a delivery from this company on time (five different times so they are at least consistent). It never came on the day it was meant to and tracking said it was out for delivery. The following day it said 'scanned into storage' so I contacted them who said "it 'should' be going out again tomorrow (Friday). Now I needed the instrument for a wedding on the Saturday so I was not prepared to take the chance that it didn't turn up again. I ended up making an 80 mile round trip to the depot to collect it. Costly in both time and fuel, but less so than cancelling work. Anyway, Bonners music are really very good but should perhaps offer alternative couriers who do actually deliver the goods. I'm going to ask retailers which delivery company they use in the future so I can avoid any further dealings with DX!

If I’m honest it was good customer service but nothing special. The advertised headphones for a white piano shown in white weren’t available and the delivery arrangements were a challenge. The piano itself is lovely and is perfect for what I needed.

Bonners all good, but you need a better courier, TNT Tracking is v poor, days late should have been next day with no ability to track where things were or which day they will be delivered until the actual morning and then a timeslot of -anytime before 6pm!......

I’ll start by saying I’ve been using Bonners for years with excellent service. However, I recently ordered a used Korg Pa1000 arranger keyboard which, sadly, I never received as their courier (DX Express) lost it. This resulted in hours of my time wasted chasing and waiting for the keyboard to arrive plus false promises from the courier which concluded in the delivery of an exercise bike!! I cannot fault the support given by Emma from Bonners and I’ve now received a refund which is the mark of a good retailer. However, DX Express are terrible and this in my mind has tarnished the whole experience - hence my rating.

Not happy with the Casio CT S1 which I purchased, I find it quite complicated, to adjust the settings, it may be me, because I had a cheaper keyboard before, which had fewer features.I thought by upgrading , a new keyboard would give me a better enjoyment.

I ordered a stand for a digital piano, but instead they sent me the actual piano (worth 4.5x more). I could have kept it and got a free piano, but I'm an honest person so I called them and told them. I had to then wait in another day, got my stand a few days late, and the pick up guy got shirty with me because unbeknownst to me, I was meant to organise the printing of return labels and attaching them to the box. Just a minor gripe, but nothing in the way of an apology. It's enough to make me shop elsewhere in the future.

The Service was first rate my only complaint is a spring on the keyboard stand came off on dropped in to the stand leg so I am unable to retrieve it Best regards Mark Ferris

The piano is brilliant but the delivery was really unthinkable. I live in a flat on the first floor. There was only a driver for the delivery. I have to move it by myself to my home from the van with the driver help. It is so heavy, and now my back is aching for days. It is really disappointed for the service.

Just a set of strings but delivery was slow. I payed £2 for Ist class delivery and it was sent 2nd class. Not too impressed with that.

I was very pleased with the deal I got and delivery and my keyboard but I was told that Tony from the YouTube video would let me know what styles he used and I emailed for them and got no response

I ordered my digital piano on Sunday but it did not arrive until the following Thursday due to the incompetence of tnt, the courier company. The delivery tracking did not work and I was forced to stay at the delivery until 6pm only to be told that it would not now arrive until the following day. Bonners did not dispatch the item until the Tuesday which did not help with the delivery delay.

I was a little disappointed. After arranging for my piano to be delivered on “Thursday or Friday” and making plans to be home those days. I then received a tracking update saying it would be delivered Wednesday before 6pm. So I presumed I had been been misunderstood and that Bonners thought I wanted it on the Wednesday so I then quickly cancelled work for that day and waited at home for the delivery. Now setting 3 days aside for the delivery of what is a very expensive item. It didn’t arrive until the Thursday morning when the delivery man was grumbling about it being too heavy for 1 man and saying he will need help. I went out to help and he was walking it up the drive without much care, he then laid it in my hallway (literally just inside the door, I couldn’t even get past it). No offer to put it somewhere more convenient for me. I couldn’t move it myself and waited 3 days for someone to come and help me with it. I understand the delivery company are not Bonners but I think when I spent over £1,000 the delivery element ought to be more closely monitored.
