“I purchased a lubricant for my Hammond organ from Bonners Music. This product has to be sent from the USA. This takes quite a time but Bonners kept me informed with expected delivery time and the item arrived at exactly the time quoted . The service I received from Bonners was excellent and I would highly recommend them.”

“OK so it wasn't a musical instrument but two accessories purchased for my Hammond keyboard which I previously did buy from Bonners. This time I purchased a keyboard carry case and cover. The order process was straighforward and the items arrived very soon after. The case, which was well packed in a sturdy cardboard box and not folded, is well padded and the exact size for my keyboard. This should offer lots of protection when in transit. Also, colour co-ordinated with the keyboard, i.e black and British Racing Green.”

“Purchased a synth secondhand for a decent price, great instrument! However the packaging was damaged on the inside, which ideally should have been replaced with new or additional packing to support the instrument in transit. Very luckily, the synth wasn't damaged!”
