Ordered a Gibson les paul special over the xmas holidays and still received before end of year and kept up to date with e mails . Only downside was when I unpacked guitar the neck P90 was hanging off as screws had fallen out but easy fix and guitar sounds and plays fab ...

Beautiful keyboard. A little tricky to assemble. Great to be able to use 0% finance. Delivery was delayed before Xmas, but eventually managed to speak to the delivery company and secure delivery just in time.

Bonners is great the videos are excellent to help you decide on a purchace when you are unable to get to the shop but delivery leaves something to be desired

Ordered on line and order confirmed and delivered within two days. Excellent service. It would have been 5 stars but a dust cover which I ordered was not delivered at the same time as the piano

The kawai piano set, which included the seat, stand and headphones, were excellent. There was a quick response to email queries. Order was processed quickly and offered money refund if the price of my purchase reduced in the Black Friday sale. Downside- unable to choose a delivery time/ day as they used external couriers. So had to arrange someone to be home at short notice to receive. Unfortunately courier only partially delivered the order on the stated day and so that meant waiting for them to track the final parcel and re deliver, meaning I had to again arrange for someone to be home to receive it. Really happy with my purchase.

I am delighted with my new Kawai digital piano and the person on the phone at Bonners was very helpful and efficient. However there was an issue with the delivery. It came almost 3 hours late with no prior warning. And all the components of the piano were in one giant, heavy, awkward to handle box. The 2 slight delivery men had no hydraulic lift on the tailgate and no trolly and dropped it on its corner on the road (it was not damaged luckily). They could barely manhandle it down our drive. I have left feedback with D Ex. Perhaps Kawai need to package it differently?

I’m very have with the customer service I received from Bonners music and cannot thank enough Amanda enough for her support. However, as Amanda knows DX Courier is another story altogether. It took three attempts, with the last one only taking place as I sat in the car outside my apartment to make the delivery happen. The driver was going to just drive off again without ringing the bell!! It certainly has put me off ordering again, however Amanda has said she will help me and use a different courier if / when I need further equipment, so do plan to return.

Recieved my guitar in well padded packaging. It arrived on time and i was able to track the parcel. I am very pleased with my Insired by Gibson Humming bird guitar. However when it arrived it needed a set up by my local luthier. It was basically unplayable because the action was very high and the truss rod needed adjustment as the neck wasnt straight also sharp edges on some frets needed filing. I was charged £45 for this work. The guitar is excellent now. The advertisment for the guitar stated that the guitar was fully set up.

I have ordered an ex-display. The price, and delivery was worth however they have not cleaned the product at all. If it displayed couple of months in the store they have delivered all the dust with the product 😁

Quick review : Would I recommend Bonners and would I use them again? Yes Longer review - worth a read if you are buying online: So I had an upcoming performance on July 12th for an 80th birthday party. In the past I borrowed a portable piano / keyboard - call it what you will, but I was looking to buy myself one anyway and this upcoming event was a good reason to get on with it. I decided to buy the Roland FP60X stage piano with upgrade, so bench, stand, headphones. I ordered the piano on Thursday 3rd July, somewhere in the morning. I also downloaded the shop app so that I could keep track of it. The online store showd 5+ in stock, delivery within 1-2 days. Perfect. By Friday, the app had shown no movement, so I sent them an email, politely stating when I needed the goods and please let me know. By Saturday morning, still nothing. So I rang them. Spoke with Dan. Dan informed me that Bonners dont typically send goods to an address other than the billing address, and that someone should have rang me. So..... At this point Bonners are not getting a good review. A quick discussion with Dan, and an apology over the fact no one called and the goods were being shipped out on Monday. I then received updates regarding my order, including the fact that the warehouse had miscounted the stock of benches - no big deal really. However, new stock was due in on Wednesday and would be sent out the same day. Dan was great. Really helpful. If I was going to order something in the future, I would definitely ring up. Moving on......The saga continues. The following part of the story is yet another reason to use Bonners. The delivery for the piano, headphones and stand was due on the Wednesday. I was given a tracking number and this was sometimes updated. The delivery was via TNT, so nothing to do with Bonners. Especially when they lost one of the items! The stand didnt arrive. I rang Bonners and was greeted by Vicki. The quick version of events here is that Vicki ensured that a replacement stand was sent out with the soon to be dispatched bench. They used a different courier, and both items arrived before the one that TNT eventually delivered. There was no need for Bonners to do that, it was just a case of excellent customer service. So in conclusion... Dan and Vicki, fantastic members of staff. 5/5 Online shopping experience 1/5 If i hadn't of made the phone call, would I have ever received my order. Total stars.. 4.5/5 If you read all the way to the end, I hope it was worth the read. Also, if you want a stage piano, get yourself the Roland FP60 X

Your internet service was fine but the courier you used was new to me and unfortunately the link didn't work. Fortunately the courier sent their delivery schedule a day or so later, so that was the main thing. I know it was a small purchase this time but otherwise you would undoubtedly have received 5 Stars.

Great service, quick delivery, keyboard i purchased was like new, gig bag i ordered was not delivered & found out after calling store that it was out of stock, not a big deal but still waiting for it to be delivered. Apart from that a good shop to deal with .i have purchased a new piano in the past as well as a Nord organ & absolutely no problems at all.

Very welcoming staff who showed us which pianos we should be looking at for our required needs. No pushy selling. Even the other members of the public were helpful in ensuring my son chose the right piano. Thank you everyone. We chose the Kawai CN301 and he is Grade 6 ready and loving it.

My customer experience with Bonners Music has been remarkable. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. The range of in-stock instruments at multiple price points is impressive. I found the check out process easy. I was kept in the loop with my order delivery via a package tracking app . Even the delivery men were pleasant and handled the piano with care. From start to finish the purchase of my PXS7000 with matching stool has been an enjoyable experience.
