“The staff where very kind and helpfull, sending me updates as i needed and along with invoices etc, the only thing that spoiled a perfect order was the organ was a day late ( not there fault) would i use again ? i most certainly would,a great company,keep up the good work”

“So all super easy, the only reason I'm giving a 4 is two reasons, the item had a slight dint in which wasnt mentioned when I bought it and the delivery company DX arent as good as the goat DPD. I actively choose DPD users over others these days.”

“Reason for 4 stars is a simple one updates on the delivery was lacking. However I must say it did arrive (6days) and am very pleased with it. I ordered it because another company didn't treat my problem too well.”

“Bonnets were brilliant and piano easy to construct. Experience was marred by TNT failing to deliver for 2 days and not giving any information or tracking but Bonners were very good at chasing and communicating whilst that was ongoing.”

“Ordered a Gibson les paul special over the xmas holidays and still received before end of year and kept up to date with e mails . Only downside was when I unpacked guitar the neck P90 was hanging off as screws had fallen out but easy fix and guitar sounds and plays fab ...”

“Beautiful keyboard. A little tricky to assemble. Great to be able to use 0% finance. Delivery was delayed before Xmas, but eventually managed to speak to the delivery company and secure delivery just in time.”

“Ordered on line and order confirmed and delivered within two days. Excellent service. It would have been 5 stars but a dust cover which I ordered was not delivered at the same time as the piano”

“The kawai piano set, which included the seat, stand and headphones, were excellent. There was a quick response to email queries. Order was processed quickly and offered money refund if the price of my purchase reduced in the Black Friday sale. Downside- unable to choose a delivery time/ day as they used external couriers. So had to arrange someone to be home at short notice to receive. Unfortunately courier only partially delivered the order on the stated day and so that meant waiting for them to track the final parcel and re deliver, meaning I had to again arrange for someone to be home to receive it. Really happy with my purchase.”

“I am delighted with my new Kawai digital piano and the person on the phone at Bonners was very helpful and efficient. However there was an issue with the delivery. It came almost 3 hours late with no prior warning. And all the components of the piano were in one giant, heavy, awkward to handle box. The 2 slight delivery men had no hydraulic lift on the tailgate and no trolly and dropped it on its corner on the road (it was not damaged luckily). They could barely manhandle it down our drive. I have left feedback with D Ex. Perhaps Kawai need to package it differently?”

“I’m very have with the customer service I received from Bonners music and cannot thank enough Amanda enough for her support. However, as Amanda knows DX Courier is another story altogether. It took three attempts, with the last one only taking place as I sat in the car outside my apartment to make the delivery happen. The driver was going to just drive off again without ringing the bell!! It certainly has put me off ordering again, however Amanda has said she will help me and use a different courier if / when I need further equipment, so do plan to return.”

“Recieved my guitar in well padded packaging. It arrived on time and i was able to track the parcel. I am very pleased with my Insired by Gibson Humming bird guitar. However when it arrived it needed a set up by my local luthier. It was basically unplayable because the action was very high and the truss rod needed adjustment as the neck wasnt straight also sharp edges on some frets needed filing. I was charged £45 for this work. The guitar is excellent now. The advertisment for the guitar stated that the guitar was fully set up.”

“I have ordered an ex-display. The price, and delivery was worth however they have not cleaned the product at all. If it displayed couple of months in the store they have delivered all the dust with the product 😁”
