“I did a lot of research online before ordering a Roland FP-10 electric piano from Bonners. I wanted to buy from a reputable company with specialist knowledge and a rtack record for good customer service. I am very pleased with the piano - it lives up to Bonners' online description. The only reason that I have not given Bonners 5 out of 5 in this review is the limited communication about actual time of delivery. I had a date, but did not know ahead of time what time of day to expect these valuable goods to show up at my door, and so had to cancel at very short notice a couple of appointments so I could be at home for the entire day. I will say that the 3 packages arrived in excellent condition and the youg van driver cheerfully helped me carry the heavy piano upstairs.”

“Good service. I bought a guitar and made an error when ordering online and as I live locally wanted to collect. The staff in store were really helpful and sorted this out. The range of instruments is fantastic and the staff are very willing to help. I bought my first guitar here over 30 years ago when they were in Grove Road and have bought 2 more since, the last being a week ago.”

“I bought a Yamaha CLP 785, new. This is no small purchase. In less than six months, it has stopped working. Whilst the staff at Bonners are doing what they can, they are acting on behalf of Yamaha who have not impressed me. The piano is not fit for purpose. Avoid.”

“I phoned to enquire about a piano and its associated package of items; I discussed the pros and cons of the items with a very helpful and knowledgeable member of the sales team who answered all my questions. I placed my order on the same day - which happened to be a Friday - and received all items the following Tuesday. So far (a week later) no problems and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you to all involved.”
