“Ordered a Gibson Les Paul guitar - but didn't want it delivered to my home as it's a gift for someone in the family. Helpfully agreed to send it to their Milton Keynes Piano store so I could collect it there, which I did. Delivery was fast and the recipient is over the moon with the instrument (he's wanted one since he was 13 about 20 years ago). Easy ordering via the website - great price - excellent service. What's not to like?!”

“Recently purchased a KORG PA5X Pro - I had a wonderful visit to Eastbourne Bonners Music Shop. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Jackie was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I can't speak highly enough of Bonners Music, their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. The entire team at Eastbourne Shop displayed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Bonners Music for their excellent service.”
