Sent me the wrong product after I waited in all day. I then had to wait in a second full day for the replacement as they were too cheap/lazy to organise a courier that was able to give a more specific time frame.
For the collection of the incorrect product I was asked to print something for the box, I do not have a printer at home but was assured this wouldn't be an issue and that the courier should hold returns labels.
You'd think at this point they might be embarrassed enough to use a courier that has a specified pick-up time... of course not, I'm expected to wait in for a 3rd full day.
