“I purchased a Casio CDP-S110 and seperately the matching stand and stool. I am a dinosaur but prior to purchase I found the Bonners website easy to navigate. I spoke directly with Tom who I found to be friendly, most helpful and very proficient. I am delighted with the keyboard - the build quality far exceeded my expectation! The stand and stool have arrived but whilst I am rearranging furniture they remain unboxed.”

“Ordered a Yamaha Polished Ebony Piano and I have to say the service has been excellent. Can't fault the service I have received from the team. Had a slight issue with delivery, outwith the control of Bonners and they stepped up to resolve the issue which I find rare these days. Once I need a upgrade from the item I have purchased, I will have no issues purchasing from Bonners once more. Extremely happy with service that has been provided.”

“Recently purchased a Korg Nautilas from The Bonners team. Super service as expected and great comms Keeping me informed of eta. Item arrived quickly via courier and am delighted with the product. Korg do need to address the thinness of their cardboard packing though. There was a punch hole on the top of the box and no protection directly underneath within the box - the hole was directly above where the keyboard of the Nautilas sits. Also the polystyrene left end had disintegrated, probably due to the weight of the keyboard and its movement in the box. This is not a reflection on Bonners at all but thought it worth mentioning. Thanks guys!”

“I purchased the Yamaha p525 digital piano following extensive research into models of a similar spec. The information on the Bonners website was concise and informative. The YouTube videos were a massive help where the demonstrations give a great insight into the piano (especially if you are unable to get to a store to try one out for yourself), the sound (highly recommend listening through background noise cancelling ear/headphones to grasp the true sound of the piano being played) and the functionality of the piano. The website was easy to navigate round and informative. Checkout was swift and efficient. Delivery was remarkable. I ordered late Sunday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Updates sent by email regarding delivery. The Yamaha p525 is a beautiful instrument with an incredible sound. I don't stray away from the CFX Yamaha grand or the Bösendorfer. You have to hear/play to appreciate the true beauty of the 2 instruments incorporated into the Yamaha p525. I called Bonners a few days after receiving the piano just to get some more information on the piano and spoke to a really friendly guy who was so helpful. I would highly recommend Bonners for their musical expertise and speedy delivery service, and I would highly recommend purchasing the Yamaha p525, you will not be disappointed.”

“I was looking to buy a digital piano. I had done a fair bit of research on line and had a short list to try out, as well as those I had rejected. The shop had all the models in stock. Friendly, relaxed advice was given by the chap on duty, who discussed the pros and cons of the different models. The delivery came within 3 working days of my order.”
