“I love my new Kawai CN301 Digital satin white piano. My cottage did not have room for an upright. This fits into my bedroom nicely. It feels and sounds like a piano. I paid for delivery and set up. Excellent service.”

“Roland LX9 delivered on time by two gents who were great. They set it up and I'm really happy with the piano. I'll do a review on you tube and happily name Bonners. They even told me that if within the 10 year warrenty I encounter any problems that I call Bonners and not Roland as they will sort it on my behalf! Wow, that's customer service!”

“The staff where very kind and helpfull, sending me updates as i needed and along with invoices etc, the only thing that spoiled a perfect order was the organ was a day late ( not there fault) would i use again ? i most certainly would,a great company,keep up the good work”

“First time using Bonners, very impressed with the free setup of the bass I bought. As a professional player it's very rare these days to receive such care and attention to detail from a vendor, it reminded me of music stores in the late 90s early 2000 era where customer service actually mattered. Have recommended them to friends of mine. Well done 🙌🏼”

“I bought a new Gibson es. A guitar I first fell in love with in the 60’s. Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, John Lennon all had one. My distant relatives BB KIng, Freddie King and Albert King all had one in the 60’s. Bonners were fantastic. The Gibson arrived in two days all set up. I have owned many guitars in the last 50 years but this baby is my ultimate. 0% finance was what made me buy it.”

“I am usually considered to be an obstinate fellow to deal with. But I didn't feel that way with the receptions. Boners should be proud to think that they have in their reception area, the most important part of any organisation, to have such wonderful, cheerful dedicated staff, who will go to the end of the Earth, to find the correct instrument or an awkward, stubborn old beggar like me.”

“Had to chase them down when it said free delivery, but delivery charge had been added to my purchase. They did resolve it, the delivery charge was removed. But annoying that I had to telephone them to get this sorted”
