“Placed an order for a Dexibell Classicio L4 Organ and the procedure was faultless from start to finish. I was kept up-to-date throughout the order / despatch process right up until it was delivered to my door. “Everything delivered as ordered. We are very happy indeed with the piano. I would suggest perhaps that FedEx is not the best delivery service to use. I was concerned that the delivery of the piano was made by one man rather than two, and given the weigth and bulk of the parcel, I don't think that was appropriate. But of course that is a failing by FedEx rather than Bonners.”

“I had excellent service including helpful information about the item I was interested in over the phone. The item was delivered very quickly by a courier that gave an accurate one hour window when to be in. The item was well packaged and the condition on receipt was better than I had expected from photos (I bought a second hand keyboard). Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase and service.
