“Ordering process was handled by Phil Kerry- who did a fantastic job to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Delivery was completed by an amazing 2 man team- who assembled , tested and took away all the packaging whilst laying lots of protection down on my carpets throughout the route around my house. I’m extremely happy with Bonners for making my piano buying experience a very happy one.”

“I recently purchased an Epiphone Les Paul guitar from Bonners and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The guitar was shipped very promptly and arrived extremely well packaged, which gave me great confidence that care had been taken throughout the process. Most importantly, the guitar itself was perfectly set up and ready to play straight out of the box. The action, tuning, and overall playability were spot on, making it clear that the team takes pride in preparing their instruments properly before shipping them out. I’m very happy with my purchase and the level of service I received. I would definitely consider using Bonners again for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality instruments and reliable customer service.”

“I did quite a bit of research on whether the Nord Stage 4 was for me and found the videos made by Tony at Bonners eatremely helpful. I managed to borrow one from a friend for a few days and having decided to buy one , I looked around at the options. I previously bought a Hammond SK Pro 73 from Bonners 12 months ago, and it was a really easy process. With the Nord Stage 4, yes, there were slightly cheaper options through Thomann and Bax , but I like the fact that Bonners have a physical presence and real people to talk to, and in my book it's worth paying a bit more for that extra level of service and peace of mind. Plus the 5 year warranty was an additional attraction. So I ordered form Bonners and , as per my previous experience, it was really easy and the unit was delivered a couple of days later. I think they are a great outfit and have become my go-to dealer for keyboards.”
