“Order was dispatched on the 12th of march, Have not recevied. Second order was dispatched on 28th of march because of lost of first. Still have not received. Let you all make your mind up on this one!!!”

Hello Barry, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Even though the product was free, this is not a typical Bob Books experience and I would like to apologise. I believe your original order was successful dispatched from our Lab but the package was then lost by DPD. This is s extremely rare, but unfortunately out of our control. A reprint was requested but something has clearly gone wrong with your re-order, it is unclear exactly what but I do not want to waste anymore of your time chasing this up. “It was extremely easy to put the photobook together on my iPad. Instructions were clear. I am not very experienced. A bit disappointing not to be able to use text on the pages. When I needed some help at the end again I was very pleased about the phone and email instructions I was given.”

“I created a book with Bob Books for my wife as an anniversary present, pictures of our 10 years together. For me, the software was extremely easy to download, install and very user friendly. If there was anything I didn't know, the Bob Books website had plenty of video tutorials to help you through. The selection of pages, size, paper type and unique styles per page really made you feel you were making something unique, rather than a generic photo book. The final result was excellent. Delivery was very quick, faster than expected. And the quality was to a very high standard. The book was well received by my wife and she shows it off to all her friends! Overall, if you are looking for a photobook/album, then I would recommend Bob Books.”

“I used the Bob Books software to create a photo book for our wedding. The software is really good to use and helped me to create some really great looking pages. I don't normally think of myself as artistic, so the suggestions and styles were great. The book itself is really great quality and exactly as I expected. It was delivered within just a couple of days of ordering, so can't really expect better!”

“The online chat support Bob Books offer is quick and helpful and within a week of ordering my book it had a arrived. I am a graphic designer so I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the lustre photographic binding. Really good quality finish and I'll definitely use Bob Books again.”

“Started using Bobbooks about 5 years ago and have found the software updates make the job and the finished product better each time. I probably don't use as many features of the product as I should as I tend to stay with what I know. I usually take my photos on my I phone and am extremely pleased with the quality of the pictures reproduced in the books. You are probably a bit more expensive than some of your rivals but find the finished book is far professional looking . Like the wide variety of sizes, paper finishes, covers etc.”

“The software Bob Books provide is excellent. I had no problems to set it up and start creating my album in about 5 minutes. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. The quality of the print is excellent .... I mean really, really good. The colour reproduction was very good; I selected the matte paper type which is a bit on the pricey side, but it worths every penny.”

“I came across Bob Books about 18 months ago. So far I have done 1 book (5 copies of it) and it's my best book yet. It looks like a book you would purchase from a book store. I was amazed at the quality. I am in New Zealand and received my books an incredible 10 days after my order. I could not have asked for a better service. I keep a photo book running all year with all the events we do through out the year. Then come 1st January I make my final changes and off I send. From now on it will definitely be Bob Books!!! Great app and service Bob Books. Keep up the good work. You'll be on my book shelf for many years to come :-)”
