“Excellent program. Fair price. Usually the help line is fantastic but on this occasion when my payment wouldn't clear the person on the end on the phone was hopeless. Eventually I got it to work. I would always go back since the end product is so great.”

“I have created 18 travel books with Bob Books and currently working on two more. Every one has been spectacular. I always choose hard cover with high gloss photo paper and the quality of the photos, the paper and the binding are all first class. I have a library of gorgeous memory books that will last a lifetime. When I consider the cost of a vacation, to document my memories with a Bob Book has simply become part of the cost. I won't risk loosing my memories as digital formats change over time. These books are forever. I format my design myself as the app is a breeze to work with and if ever stumped on a detail which is rare, the support team at Bob Books is exceptional. Thank you ever do much Bob Books..... J. “I have been a Bob Books customer since they started. Always a very good and high quality product ,as well as excellent packaging and delivery. Although for the last few years the up -grades have been unessasary , and re-start has been problematic. i.e. log -in . But overall no slip in standards. The making of books is enjoyable and greatly helped by ease of navigation etc.”

“I have been using Bobbooks regularly since 2009 making one or two books a year and a calendar each year. It has always been very successful and easy to use till now. However recently with the new updated programme I was unable to log back in as requested - my log in request failed five times. I phoned the company and was given conflicting advice. Eventually I spoke to someone who tried to talk me through it. After an hour on the phone they were unable to help and suggested I rang the tech team. It finished up with me on a screen sharing zoom call. I had somehow deleted everything in my frustration and had to start from scratch. The team member did try to help me find my lost project but couldn’t. I must say I found the whole experience very difficult, but the staff I spoke to were all very polite and helpful. After deleting everything I was able to log back in successfully and remade the book and found the process much the same as it has always been. However I then tried to make a calendar and photos randomly wouldn’t upload (they were the same photos as the book) so finished up using different photos which would upload I went to “buy” and was unable to use my 25% discount. I immediately phoned the company and was told that if I emailed them straight away they would add the discount for me. I had automatic response saying they would aim to deal with it hopefully within 24 hours. Still don’t know whether or not I’ve been able to get the discount added. After 14 years recommending the company to everybody and some wonderful books I will be reluctant to do so again. I can’t fault the staff - but the program is terrible in my view.”

The software to achieve this is so versatile and user friendly, with so many options to help you create the most brilliant photo books. “Was my first venture into making a photo book and the process was very simple to follow. Print and book quality was great (my photo of the book doesn't do it justice really). I used the desktop app to make the book which at times was a bit fiddly, but did the job. I could order a swatch pack to see the print quality and finish before committing to making a full book. Delivery took around 2 weeks which is acceptable as I wasn't in any rush to get it and the print/delivery status is communicated via my orders page.”
