“Consistently high quality. Good book options (large landscape lay flat lustre photographic particularly good for wildlife and travel). Really friendly customer service if help is needed. Using them for years and totally reliable. Strongly recommend.”

“Very happy with the book I made with Bob Books. I found the tools easy to use and very intuitive. Lot of choice in options you can use. I designed my own book and really enjoyed the process. The quality of the book is excellent and better than other companies in my opinion. Also very good communication when I had some questions related to making the book.”

“For many year Bob books was brilliant and I made many books with them. The last 2 years they have become awful.....poor printing, poor packaging, poor customer service. What a shame.”

“I've been using bob books for years as the print and paper quality is consistently top tier! The speed of delivery is also very fast and rhe designer app is really easy to use and very customisable.”

“Just received my Bob Books photobook today. I am very pleased with the quality of the book. However, I also want to express my thanks for Bob Books arranging for a typo I made to be corrected which involved a lot of effort on their part. As a result, I have an excellent memory of a fabulous holiday to Senegal and The Gambia. A big thank you.”

“I use Bob Books because the desktop interface is quite easy to use - very intuitive. I generally use them make albums of various trip we make - the albums can be personalised from the cover to the layout. I always choose Luster - never Glossy, as it suits the images better, both colour and monochrome. Standard Portrait - you may have noticed that I tend to shoot in the portrait format (but not always). It seems to be a habit I've got into. And I don't use any template design; I prefer to make it up as I go along. Except for the cover, and then I may take ideas from a number of designs and modify to suit. The software is, as I said before, quite intuitive.”

“I have been working with Bob Books for almost ten years. I have produced a calendar and usually one or two books every year. The key strengths of this company include: 1. Responsive customer service. They respond immediately and in person to telephone calls and very promptly to emails with queries. 2. Their software is relatively simple to use but is capable of considerable flexibility. They also offer a myriad of templates if people prefer to use these. 3. The software offers a lot of control over colour which is important for reproducing photographs. 4. The range of papers that they offer is limited but well chosen and simple to choose between. 5. The binding and finishing of their books is good. 6. The turn around time is prompt and their delivery service is excellent The tracking of orders is simple. They are a pleasure to work with.”

“There is a big problem with the online creator program. The spine of the book prints upside down. Although the company admit the issue, 6 months on they still have not fixed the problem. I was given a voucher and told to use the download version or re-print the book with an empty spine. Why not just fix the problem???”

We are sorry that the printing of the spine has caused you frustration. The issue is due to differences in the setup of our downloadable Bob Designer Software and our Online Creator method. As discussed with you, we would like to allow our customers greater flexibility on how you can display text on the spine with Online Creator however unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have a time frame for when this increased functionality will be available. In the meantime we hope that you will take up our offer to re-order your book at no extra cost using the voucher code provided. “I love Bob books and make the book they are amazing it’s something to pass to my kids when they are older for them to see where we been. The quality it’s perfect. I recommend to anyone. I had ordered around 15 books and I will order more in future.”

“My mum recommended this site to me to create a photo book as a gift for a friend with some pictures from her hen do. The software was really easy to use and the quality of the book was great, I wanted to keep it for myself! I will definitely use again to create some books of future trips.”

“I have just made my first Bob Books photobook of a recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. I found the software easy to navigate with helpful prompts when I was misaligning the photos. The templates option for the book is good, but it's also easy to mix it with pages when you want to do your own thing. My book arrived very promptly and the quality is excellent. Many thanks”

“Superb quality. I've made a year in review book for the last 12 years so that didn't only have photos in digital form. The landscape books with photographic paper are brilliant and the software easy to use. Highly recommend.”

“I had tried to make my books with a few other companies but found them confusing and difficult to use. I then found Bob Books and everything was so easy! I did have a couple of queries but these were dealt with quickly after an email to customer services. Overall I am very pleased with the price paid and prompt delivery. Most of all I am extremely pleased with my two books, some of the photos were old but still look great in the books and so much better than I had expected. I highly recommend Bob Books.”

“With smaller landscape books the printing has not always been accurate: overexposed and underexposed results have occurred despite photographs being colour corrected before submission to Bob Books with an X/rite iProfiler. That said customer service has proved exemplary in resolving such issues.”
