“I can count over 30 Bob books on my shelf! Family occasions, grandchildren, weddings, special birthdays, holidays and year books. I have found the service excellent, cost comparable with others and quality brilliant. There is lots of choice in type of book, paper and size. I have enjoyed designing each page and found the software quite easy to use. Always help available if you need it! I thoroughly recommend Bob books.”

“I had tried to make my books with a few other companies but found them confusing and difficult to use. I then found Bob Books and everything was so easy! I did have a couple of queries but these were dealt with quickly after an email to customer services. Overall I am very pleased with the price paid and prompt delivery. Most of all I am extremely pleased with my two books, some of the photos were old but still look great in the books and so much better than I had expected. I highly recommend Bob Books.”

“With smaller landscape books the printing has not always been accurate: overexposed and underexposed results have occurred despite photographs being colour corrected before submission to Bob Books with an X/rite iProfiler. That said customer service has proved exemplary in resolving such issues.”

“The most recent four books I received were all up to the high standard I've come to expect after producing more than 60 books in the past seven years. The quality is first-rate and the lay-flat option allows double-page spreads to be fully appreciated. Image-editing is somewhat basic (I use separate software for that) and the page editing screen has a lot of wasted space (that may not trouble those with a large monitor but I use a laptop). The prospect of trying out other companies and spending money on books that may be of lesser quality means that I stick with Bob Books for the superb quality of the final result and the excellent customer service.”

“My first introduction to Bobbooks was in 2009. Since receiving my first book, I have made numerous books - Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Yearly photo books and each one. has got better. Plus I make calendars each year too. I like to use the best quality photo paper and as the years have progressed, my knowledge and understanding of 'how to produce' a book has grown. The software and design program is excellent and Customer Service has been helpful. Delivery is usually within the week, packaging is robust and discounts for books are offered many times a year, plus you make bonus points with every book printed which builds up over time to vouchers. Bobbooks is an excellent company and I shall continue to tell anyone who wants to listen why they should try Bobbooks. Friends and family often sit and look at the books, they are always placed somewhere for them to view and I have received so many compliments. I would highly recommend Bobbooks - use them, you can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed!”

“I have produced some 30 photo books. At all times customer service has been excellent with always expert help.For the quality achieved the price appears to be very good. Delivery has been in good time and as predicted. I have never had to return a book, when on two occasions there was a minor printing problem, after sending photos they replaced the corrected printing free of charge. The packaging is such that the books arrived in good condition.”

“I have made 24 books using your software and I have never been disappointed with the results. The print and paper quality is superb. The finished product is always very well packaged and protected for delivery, whether by snailmail or courier and the actual production time is fast. I have also made calendars and greetings cards and sent these to friends and family. It is so much more convenient to pick up a book and leaf through it to recall a holiday or family timeline than to search through discs and computer files for the same material.”

“Excellent program. Fair price. Usually the help line is fantastic but on this occasion when my payment wouldn't clear the person on the end on the phone was hopeless. Eventually I got it to work. I would always go back since the end product is so great.”

“I have created 18 travel books with Bob Books and currently working on two more. Every one has been spectacular. I always choose hard cover with high gloss photo paper and the quality of the photos, the paper and the binding are all first class. I have a library of gorgeous memory books that will last a lifetime. When I consider the cost of a vacation, to document my memories with a Bob Book has simply become part of the cost. I won't risk loosing my memories as digital formats change over time. These books are forever. I format my design myself as the app is a breeze to work with and if ever stumped on a detail which is rare, the support team at Bob Books is exceptional. Thank you ever do much Bob Books..... J. “I have been a Bob Books customer since they started. Always a very good and high quality product ,as well as excellent packaging and delivery. Although for the last few years the up -grades have been unessasary , and re-start has been problematic. i.e. log -in . But overall no slip in standards. The making of books is enjoyable and greatly helped by ease of navigation etc.”

“I have been using Bobbooks regularly since 2009 making one or two books a year and a calendar each year. It has always been very successful and easy to use till now. However recently with the new updated programme I was unable to log back in as requested - my log in request failed five times. I phoned the company and was given conflicting advice. Eventually I spoke to someone who tried to talk me through it. After an hour on the phone they were unable to help and suggested I rang the tech team. It finished up with me on a screen sharing zoom call. I had somehow deleted everything in my frustration and had to start from scratch. The team member did try to help me find my lost project but couldn’t. I must say I found the whole experience very difficult, but the staff I spoke to were all very polite and helpful. After deleting everything I was able to log back in successfully and remade the book and found the process much the same as it has always been. However I then tried to make a calendar and photos randomly wouldn’t upload (they were the same photos as the book) so finished up using different photos which would upload I went to “buy” and was unable to use my 25% discount. I immediately phoned the company and was told that if I emailed them straight away they would add the discount for me. I had automatic response saying they would aim to deal with it hopefully within 24 hours. Still don’t know whether or not I’ve been able to get the discount added. After 14 years recommending the company to everybody and some wonderful books I will be reluctant to do so again. I can’t fault the staff - but the program is terrible in my view.”
