“We have now used Bob Books four times and have been very pleased with the quality of each of the photo albums ordered. We have put the albums together as a gift to one of our family members. “I have made at least twelve different books in the past two years including my son's Wedding album and I have always been absolutely delighted with the finished product. The quality is second to none and the price competitive. I find the programme easy to use with a good variety of features to create an individual product.There is an excellent ranges of sizes, types of books and paper to choose from and now a reward system for the loyal customer, what more could you want?”

“In the past I have used apple, working through iPhoto to build books but they use set formats. The Bob Books software is very flexible and once you get started, is easy to use. The quality of printing and finish is very good.”

“Although happy with the software and all other aspects of formulating a photobook I was not happy with the reproduction of many of the photo's which made the subject look wooden. I think with so many companies offering this service it would take a lot of coersion to do another.”

“I was very pleased with the book but made the mistake of collating as a paperback when what I really wanted was the same in hardback but there was no option for change at the last minute. It was very easy to put together as long as your photos fit which means that you need to be careful if you have selections from all different devices as they tend to be different sizes. I only have an iPad and there are not many photo book apps compatible. I will definitely use Bobs Books again. My only gripe is that you can't add text to pages.”

In regards to changing from a hardback to paperback, this is possible in the App. Simply open up you photobook, click on Settings at the top right of the screen. Here you have the option to change the cover type and paper type of your photobook. We are pleased you liked using the App and will continue to develop it and add more features including text in the content page. “Ordered 2 books - 1 paperback and 1 hardback photo paper - paperback excellent & delivered on time, pleased with the service. Sadly no sign of the more expensive high quality hardback book, no confirmation of delivery etc, so after 10 days contacted online help, who told me there had been a problem with the production of my order & arranged a new urgent re-order (which was likely to take another ten days!). I'm waiting to see if this one appears as promised. Email communication with the customer (me) about a problem with my second order was non existant hence my poor review. However, the response of the online help was excellent with prompt action and the quality etc of the first book is great plus I really like the software for creating books - so maybe mine was a one-off problem.”

Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I am so sorry you had problems with your order. I have looked into this with our Customer Care team and have been advised that your original order was placed on the 26th of March, a reprint was sent on the 9th of April. An automatic email will have been sent to notify you of the reprint – this may have gone into your spam folder but I am sorry if you did not receive this. From my understanding the book was lost by our courier and not a production issue – if not you would have been notified of this. I am so sorry that this has caused a delay in you receiving your book. You are able to track your book online – but not through the delivery agent.
