“Whilst on first use the program was not altogether intuitive, the final product was well produced and received in a timely manner. The few faults were down to me and my unfamiliarity with the product”

“End product excellent, delivery very prompt and price - excellent value. The publishing software when you get used to it works very well but if you're used to a page design package you may find some options are a bit limited. The main website is very clunky and it takes time to find your way around it - especially important when you are saving your project. I thought I saved mine only to find that I hadn't, and had to start again. Overall though, my book worked very well. It was a present and the receiver was delighted with it. I've used Bob before, and will again!”

“I ordered a simple poster, primarily to check the print quality prior to ordering a large photobook. The poster quality was pretty good and it arrived quickly and undamaged. Will go ahead with the photobook.”

“I have used Bob Books for many years now to record memories, including family birthday celebrations, weddings and holidays. It has never disappointed. The quality is excellent and there is a great choice of styles and paper. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bob Books.”

“Exceptional quality of the book. I have made quite a few and have been pleased with all. I have also made several calendars for Christmas gifts but unfortunately could not use last year as I couldn’t seem to find them, hope you bring them back!”

“Have been happy with Bob Books for many years. Their offline software, service & product (lay-flat photo books) are excellent quality & delivery efficient. My only criticism is the online web viewing app which is out of date, lacks flexibility & has many restrictions, specifically unable to zoom, expand full screen, page turning, etc. Definitely needs to be modernised & keep aligned with the opposition.”

“Excellent quality is still being maintained. Prices have gone up considerably, so I now only use them for very special projects. Disappointed that the Wall Art has been removed from Bob Designer. It can still be done direct from the website, but in a basic format meaning features such as annotation, borders etc are no longer available.”

“The printing and the construction of the lay-flat books is excellent. However, a small issue is that I would appreciate being able to buy a pdf version of the book as well. Apparently, this is not available.”

“I have now made four photo books using the online programme of Bob Books. It took me a little time to understand exactly what I could and couldn't do, but then really enjoyed the creative side of producing my own photo album. The quality of the actual printed book is very good. Would recommend.”

“Whilst the standalone software is rather dated now and quite clunky, the end results are excellent. I'm quite happy to continue using Bob Books based on the print quality and format options they provide. Keep it up and I'll keep spending my money with you.”

“Overall I'm very happy with the whole Bob Books process from design to format choice to production and delivery. The design software takes a bit of getting used to but once familiar, it works fine. So far I've produced small books in soft and hard-covers and the quality of the final product is very good. Recommended.”

“Overall the Bob Books are of very high quality but that is reflected in the price unless there is a discount code available. The ease of the software is fine on a PC but clunky on iOS/ Apple software.”
