“I take my photography quit serious and after a trip with a new camera to India I decided to print a book. After reading reviews I selected bob books. I opted for very good paper, a lot of pages and paid a substantial sum. Was it worth it! a brilliant book, colours as I wanted, details as I hoped. CS is excellent, delivery fast and easy to track. Whenever I can afford another trip I will set money aside for bobbooks.”

“Each year we compile our photos into a "year book" which is then printed into a large landscape hardback book, this becomes a very nice keepsake and an ideal way to show and preserve our photographs. The compilation process using the Bobs Books software is straightforward and easy to use. The quality of the photo printing and the finished books are very good and we would not hesitate in recommending to friend. Our 2015 year book is already in production !!”

“My pictures had been taken with a very good (professional standard ) camera but some of them were grainy in the book. I did contact Bob books about this who came back immediately and asked me to return the book. I didn't do this as it would have entailed me correctly packaging the book etc etc and having to make a trip to our busy local post office. Book now sitting slightly unloved on our coffee table.... I probably wouldn't take the risk of having another book done as they are relatively expensive.”

Hello Katrina, I am writing from the Bob Books Head Office. I am so sorry you are not satisfied with the quality of your images. We ask for the book to be returned to us when there is a question of print quality so we can compare it to our files and determine whether the change needs to be made on our end or yours to ensure you do not receive the book back in the same condition. When it comes down to picture quality of individual images without comparing the actual book to the files we have on our system there is no way of knowing what the problem is. It seems odd that some of the images printed correctly and some didn't, the problem is likely to be with the file or file sizes of your images. We are happy to work with you to rectify this problem. “First order didn't come through for Xmas. When it came through, posters were damaged. Re-order was also damaged. Finally was offered a full refund. Really like the quality of print but disappointed with distribution. Would still use again.”

We review all missed orders at Christmas – but it is a busy time and some delivery dates are missed. “Bobs books software was really easy to use and very user friendly. We enjoyed the experience in creating our albums. There was lots of templates which helped us when we had a lot of images we wanted to add. We received our books in time for Christmas which was great! Delivery was quick and we were very happy with the end result. It made lovely presents for our families. We would deffinatley recommend Bobs books to our friends and look forward to creating another album with them.”

“I have now "made" 7 books over the past 2 years using Bob Books. I had a blip at one stage downloading the photos but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently by Bob Books. I think the quality of the paper and printing is good and the hard covers mean the books look smart and will hopefully last longer.”
