“Great quality books, quick delivery and with the ability to easily create your own, let the software do all the work for you...or a combination of the two. Have made many bob books and have used this service (rather than the many others that have sprung up more recently) for many years. Always excellent quality, superb customer service (not that I've needed it much!) and several people have already got products from bob books after seeing how good the things I have bought are. Thanks! :)”

“Had a wedding album printed on lustre photographic paper, large square album and layflat. It was done beautifully and delivery was quick. Well wrapped and the photos were true to colour. The bride had tears of joy when she saw it which is the response every photographer wants! Have since been told by bride that the album has received lots of praise from other family members. Would definitely use Bob Books again.”

“My main gripe is that I had a problem with the order which the helpdesk was unable to resolve and passed on to management. I followed this up with a second call a few days later and I was promised a response which never came. By that time I had already done all the design work so not wanting to waste all the time I had already invested, I went ahead with the order. The frustrating thing is that the problem I had would have been easily rectified if someone had responded as promised. It really was a small thing,. Overall for a company that seems professionally set-up it is disappointing that when it comes to customer care it seems they are not quite as switched on.”

“The programme is easy to use, can be used off line and saved, so can take as long as you want to prepare a photobook. The colours are true to the picture and the quality of the books are excellent, being produced and sent very promptly. I have never used any other company, and never will”

“The book is Perfect except i don't all understand between the 2 options of "Gloss" and i didn't choose the one i need so i'm disappointed... Some pictures are cut because of this mistake cause i can't open the middle of pages:(”

“Bob Books have designed and produced 5 beautiful photo books for us. The design team liaise frequently during the process to create the perfect layout. They only print when we are completely happy with everything, including the labels, cover pictures and titles. The books are then printed onto high quality paper; resulting in superb reminders of wonderful holidays and experiences. We are so pleased with the outcome that we will soon be placing our next order with Bob books.”

“Have used Bob Books to produce an annual photographic record of our granddaughter. I used the downloaded software to layout the book and found this very straightforward and intuitive. I specifically wanted lay-flat books, something that most other providers do not seem to offer. The quality is superb and the time from ordering to receiving the books is just a matter of days. Excellent packaging ensures an undamaged product. We were able to include some images that only existed as smartphone versions. The software warns you if the image is not of sufficient quality. We have two books every year and give one to our son and daughter-in-law as their wedding anniversary present. Needless to say they are thrilled with the result. 10/10 from us!”
