“Bob Books have printed 12 separate books for me over a period of 2 years. The software is relatively simple to use. The print quality is excellent, turnaround as expected, transport packaging is first class which means your book arrives in excellent condition.”

“I've just received my 2nd Bobs Book and am once again delighted with it. It is SUCH a relief to have my photos safely stored in Albums and albums of such high quality. I had friends here yesterday and enjoyed sharing both albums with them which is SO much better than looking on a computer screen. The best website I've ever used and the facility to ask questions on screen has been very useful and helpful.”

“Excellent service with a pretty intuitive tool for putting a book together. Just as importantly the service is fast with great communication - you know where you are in the process at any given time, and the books arrive quickly and very securely packaged. Definitely a five star product. Oh, and if you think it's good enough, you can sell it through Bob Books as well, although obviously they're going to get a bit more money that you. Still - imagine the thrill of actually selling a book of your photos :)”

“I have used Bobs books for a number of years now I find the quality of there photographic paper of a exceptional quality and there workmanship second to none. On the one occasion I had a slight problem it was resolved professionally and very quickly and I spoke to a person who was very helpful I personally would not hesitate recommending Bobs books to anyone”

“I received my lustre photobooks today and I am beyond delighted. My background is in publications and I am very hard to please. I expected the photobooks to be 'alright', but they have surpassed all expectations. I have been extremely impressed with the process from start to finish. You customer service team answered my very specific questions, and your software was a delight to use once I found my way around it. The ordering and file transfer process was extremely smooth and easy. I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but I always had doubts whether the quality would live up to my hopes. What I have received, in fact, are three beautiful hardback books with images that are almost identical in colours and quality as I viewed on screen, presented on thick, good quality photographic paper. I am over the moon with them and can't wait to give them as gifts; I can't stop looking at them. What I will say is that I don't know how easy I would have found the software if I was not used to using a lot of similar programmes. It would be nice if there were more tutorial videos, as I had to work out some aspects by trial and error. I found it helpful that I could look through all of the page layouts first and mark my favourites so that I could refer to them while designing rather than look through everything. Also, it helped to have my photos in one folder, in order, and pre-prepared with lightness adjustments, etc. I can't wait to get started on my next photobook. This is a fantastically simple way of presenting digital images, and now I know exactly how good the print quality is, I will definitely be using your service again.”

“I have placed five orders with Bob books, on each occasion they failed to submit my telephone contact number to the courier despite I notifying them of this on each occasion. This resulted in the failure of delivery as the the courier was unable to locate my address and I had to physical travel to the courier's depot 30 miles round journey to collect order. I have also been unable to claim my reward points due software issues at Bob books, I have made several attempts to get Bobbooks to address this issue but they have failed to do so and is seems that I am getting a standard computer reply to my emails rather than addressing and resolving the issue.”

I understand that you have been in contact with our Customer Care team in regards to this and I can see your number has been saved in your account so hopeful that should resolve the contact issue. In regards to your reward points the problems seems to have been that you tried to use a voucher in our Online Bookshop, which does not support discount vouchers. When placing orders for your own book and wanting to use a discount voucher you will need to do so in the software or using the Re-order tool. “There is nothing much to say: it was easy to use software and nicely reproduced book. The only suggestion would be to include in the program an indicator of when pictures on opposite pages are aligned with each other.”

“Good software that allows you to design your own book, and to include as much text as you desire. Quality of the finished books is very good and the service is timely. On the one occasion when I had a little hiccup it was sorted out quickly using the on-line chat function. I have recommended Bobbooks to many people and will continue to use them in the future. “Super impressed with the quality of my book as well as how quickly I received it. My only complaint is that I found the software a little finicky and I had to upload photos several times as it kept spontaneously and selectively deleting some. However, I did opt for the free software and I presume this doesn't happen with the software you pay for. But overall, I love my book and would definitely use Bob Books again. It exceeded my expectations.”

“First order was a disaster......many photographs missing and blank pages. There is NO quality control as it is a fully automated service... However customer service is good and problem resolved. Just check that all photos are uploaded because what you see is what you get.....”

We have a UK delivery turn around time of 7-10 days for classic, gloss-coated and matte paper books (excl large landscape and large portrait sizes) and 10-12 day for gloss photographic, lustre photographic and all large landscape and large portrait sized books.
