“We have used Bob Books for several years for photobooks, calendars, canvas photos and most recently for foamboard photos. We have always been impressed by the quality and also rapid dispatch of our order which has always arrived within a few days, sometimes within 2 days at no extra cost. The only drawback is the cost but you pay for quality and they often have discount vouchers which make a big difference.”

“Generally happy with quality though I have had one where pages fell out. It is a bit annoying getting emails saying I haven't done anything with the photos and that they will be deleted when actually I have already made a book. Overall good though perhaps little pricey compared to other photo books .”

We ask whether you would like to publish your photobook – which means save it on our server so it is available to purchase directly from us. This means if anything happens to the photobook files saved on your computer you can still order another copy form us, or have your photobook available for sae so that friends or family can purchase it from us. “Simple to understand and easy to use for a non-techie, the whole experience was great fun and the results extremely professional. Delighted with our wedding album, and have since made another as a gift. Both orders arrived promptly and very well packaged. Absolutely no complaints and can't wait to start my next project.”

“I love the flexibility of bobs books but because I use a Mac I find the website is continually crashing and at times I have lost everything I have saved. If I have a project that is long running and can't be completed in one sitting(e.g. I am doing an album of our grandchildren's first year) I have found that weeks of work have been lost. Your support staff say there is no conflict with Apple however I haven't found this to be the case. I would love to be able to use Bobs books on regular basis as I have had some good albums of holidays in the past but the unreliability of the software at the moment rather puts me off. Great shame as there is such potential if only you could get this conflict sorted out.”

The Bob Designer software is compatible with Mac and should not be crashing. Hello Anke, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. It sounds like you use the logo-free Pro account when placing your order. The reward points you claim are valid only on the standard, if you would like to use it on the logo-free Pro software you just need to get in touch with us and we can provide a code and remove the points from your account for you. If you have already redeemed a code you can provide this and we can get this changed for you so it is valid on the Pro account. “Excellent service. The standard of product is high and the turn around from ordering to delivery is quick. I had a problem linking my photos to the photo sources section of Bob Books, this was due to a problem with my computer, Bob Books quickly resolved the problem by emailing easy to follow instructions. I find the process of creating a product straight forward and there is plenty of scope regarding layout. Overall a really excellent product and excellent service.”

“Software for entering images is a bit clunky - it was difficult to make sure that the cover was as I wanted it. The helpline operator said I couldn't do what I wanted to - to stretch one image over front and back covers - but you can and I did - and the promised callback from her superior never came. Read all the instructions very carefully. The first book that I had made came back disastrously over sharpened. There is a box you have to tick if you don't want your images 'improved'. But after that the books were very well printed and packaged, and arrived in good time.”

“Super app on the iPad which is very easy to use. Product quality is super and customer service is quick and polite. Some areas which could be improved: Better examples of paper selection and visual output at the start. More layout options, more flexibility. More flexibility on number of additional pages. Quicker print turnaround.”

“I love these photobooks from BobBooks - the lay flat versions give a great budget alternative to other more premium lay-flat offerings, for those albums where you still want to present your images on beautiful paper but dont have a need for plush leather covers and fancy packaging :)”
