“I had to phone the helpline a couple of times and they answered the phone very quickly and resolved my queries very satisfactorily. The quality of the book when it arrived was just what I wanted - and it arrived so quickly!”

“I have had my calendars printed by Bobs Books for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of the product and the speediness of their arrival. I was particularly touched last year to receive a call from the company to check that I really did want two photos used which were slightly out of focus. (I did because they were very atmospheric!)”

“On my last book, I placed a photograph to go all round the outside, front and back. It came out excellent, and makes a real statement. I was very pleased with the whole book, It looks so much better when seen as a book, than it does in the editing stage on the computer. I will be off on my hols again shortly, so will be designing another one soon. Watch this space !!”

“I was disappointed that for whatever reason, I could not choose standard paper with a hardcover A4 landscape book. Instead I chose the glossy photo version which I felt was much too heavy. Also the fact that this leaves a very thick, unusable page at the back makes the book look as though I had forgotten to add a photograph. Quality of printing was fine and speed of delivery excellent but I was not all that happy with the results”

Hi Anne, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your book. It looks like you ordered through the desktop software, so there is no reason, that I can think of, that you wouldn't have been able to change the paper type to classic before ordering, if this was your preference. “The programme is very easy to use and has a very wide range of options for size of books and paper quality. The help desk is extremely helpful and solves problems quickly and easily. The turnaround time from order to delivery is very quick. Quality is first class.”

“I have created around twelve books with Bob Books and the software keeps improving - nothing dramatic but little tweaks which give more control and mean that I can make all the required adjustments to photos etc while I'm putting the books together. There is a great choice of papers and finishes and i have always been pleased with the results. Any issues are quickly and politely dealt with by friendly staff. Good work!”

“I have used Bob Books for many projects, the latest being my annual A3 calendar. The software is easy to use and the ordering process is very straightforward. Most importantly, the calendars (the pictures are of my children) arrived quickly and safely and are stunningly beautiful, the quality is amazing. Very happy with Bob books and would highly recommend.”
